be sure to try some spelt milk (end of the tablE). nice alternative to soy milk and better than oat milk in my opinion. sold under "Spelt Dream" brand atleast.... 2,79€

yesterday we ate banana pancakes and listened to (mostly) 90s rnb...

recipe was about
1 banana
1 egg
gram flour, buckwheat flour, barley flower. maybe 1,5 dl alltogether. 2 tablespoons of oil.
1 teaspoon himalayan crystal salt
maybe 2 dl water? make your own dough and experiment...

serve with ginger marmalade, soaked&mashed dried apricot, honey and coconut milk
