i somehow ended up reading on hoodies on wikipedia. amazing shit.

essential survival gear
stuff that i have (almost) everyday with me when im out in the world*
water bottle, knife(marttiini), tobacco, salt, ganja, rolling papers (long&short), teabags, map, pump, innertube repair kit, tire levers, bikemultitool, spoke tool, clothes (shirt or jacket&socks&beanie&scarf&gloves), piece of chocolate, a book, a pen, plastic bag, a canvas bag, passport, wallet, spoon, phone, matches and/or lighter, footbag, u-lock
*when im in my house/the surrounding forest i feel like im somewhat disconnected from the rest of the world.

i/we have thought about this sooo many times. like you could put a tent on top of a grocery store dumpster and live there with your huge cupboard of neverending food.

how to treat a cough and/or sore throat
my throat has felt a little bad for about 2 weeks, constant weed smoking hasnt helped... but i have some tips that have helped
drink lots of herbal teas, for example
licorice root & ginger
fresh mint (dried is ok too but not as good)
eat honey with these, i usually have it separately on a spoon, honey is "live food" and it "dies" if you put it in hot water. (well crappy cheap filtered honey probably isnt, use quality stuff)
flush your nose if it's clogged up . Your throat will be less stressed as you can breath easier through your nose
drink herbal tincture, like jägermeister? i also made my own licorice booze. i smashed up some licorice root and put them in a 0,375l Periine Viina bottle
(about 1cl at a time should be enough ;) really opens up your breathing
get some eucalyptus essential oil, put in hot water and breathe the steam deeeeeply. you can also gurgle your throat with it once it has cooled a little. i got mine real cheap from the local Estonian food&goods store.
eat lots of fruit and berries! and get some fresh air!
