i miss home
i want to go and make amanita tea and rearrange my mind a bit.... seems like time and everything else has stopped since i've been in pärnu...
recipe for amanita muscaria tea
go out of the house. take a container and a pure heart and clean hands with you. find some mushrooms, they should be everywhere (atleast in northern europe and north america.) not sure when the season in america is tho. in finland the season is ending soon so act quick. they look like this (like you didnt know):
some say they can be eaten raw or made into a tea without drying, i made tea from fresh amanitas and it made me feel a little sick. and tea i've made from dried ones worked better and didnt make me sick at all. so i recommend drying but try different methods, they arent too dangerous to experiment with
cut them up into little pieces and dry them in an oven (left open a little bit) on low heat, like 60-80 celsius. or even better in a mushroom/fruit/whatever dryer if you own one. takes about 12-24h depending how small bits you made and how high the heat is. (some say heat damages them, some say you can easily go over 100 C)
you can also dry them in room temperature, usually people recommend a drying time of up to a year in this case. i dont think you really have to wait that long...
put the dried pieces in a pot and boil them for MAGIC 20 minutes (c) Soma Shamans (you can download their Secrets of Soma from somewhere on the internet, i think i downloaded via a torrent, epic stuff i promise)
enjoy the taste!
by the way at a party in riga last weekend a hot redhaired girl walked past me and i got the scent of amanitas in my head somehow from her (later she came to talk to me and asked for a cigarette but i think she started feeling embarrased because she was drunk and thought her english was too bad so that was it). also once i was looking for amanitas in a nearby forest, and suddenly i noticed a peculiarly familiar smell. i turned around and 20m from me was a huge bunch of lovely red mushrooms!
about dosage... start low and try what works for you. i have gotten best effects from about 3 midsize caps dried slowly in an oven and then for a couple of weeks in room temperature (because i didnt feel like drinking them right away)
i dont recommend using psychedelics if you are depressed, anxious, afraid or if you just dont feel like it. fasting and especially avoiding alcohol (for atleast 24h) are also important.
learn about the shrooms beforehand and be sure you can handle it. for me it hasnt been a bad experience not once but i think my mind is pretty solid... study erowid for example

riga swaggin
im on a semi-extempore trip in riga.//
at parnu bus station i went to ask when the next bus leaves - "in 20 minutes". so i lock up my bike in some random yard and off i go! first thing in riga i go shopping in Stockmann Delicatessen...
and pretty soon i end up in Dirty Deal Cafe in a dubstep party and theres "pretty boy swag" dubstep remix playing!!!!!! my swag went off the hinges... pop yuh collar brush yuh shoulda...
afterwards @ 4 am some random drunk guy comes asking if i know what is a "copstop" or smth like that(???). next thing hes asking me for 60 euros and headbutting me in the face. apparently my warrior-ish septum piece isnt convincing enough to scare the enemies. well i didnt give him anything and got his forehead on my nose and teeth once more and then i ran off. now i have a headache and a crooked front tooth... i think his headache is worse tho
i have some superb pictures of the randomest stuff for sale on the markets here ill upload sometime...
now im going to visit "Kamadena" hehehehe

i bought a used ipod and the first second i plugged it into a computer i started hating Apple (more than before that is) for the "cant be synchronized with more than one iTunes library" thingy. well luckily crackers,hackers,anons,nerds,whatever usually have come up with a solution for everything. thanks for this:

pärnu squatters
while randomly biking around the upper-class pärnu beach area i noticed this house. i liked it immediately and thought about squatting a house in pärnu once again (the city is literally FULL of abandoned buildings). i thought i could take a look inside and tried the front door! it was open!
on the second floor floated a subtle scent of semi-fresh human-ish shit.. well i found the pile in the room with the laua viin bottles. when i had gone through almost the whole house, the tension started rising and from some natural instinct i started sneaking instead of walking. appears my spider sense was right, when i stepped into the last room, i saw white linen waving around the corner like someone was just getting out of bed. scared as hell i half-ran out of the house, took my bike and went hiding behind a tree. maybe they we're friendly squatters (and well-learned and party-loving judging by the Don Quijote on the table, endless stacks of other books on the floors and a lot of bottles and clothes thrown all over) but for some reason i acted in haste and didnt stay to chat and take pictures with them...

yesterday i went touring antique&handcraft shops in pärnu..
bought from the maker-man himself. he had cool broken glasses. shouldve taken a picture of him in his studio...
wooden cigarette box, old razorblade (needs a little bit of TLC), silver spoon, permanent marker (heh)
coyote-brown (i was looking for this exact colour) made in italy pants that i cut up into shorts. longjohns+shorts=tha shit!

i had a dream last night in which i was walking a forest path with some of my friends. i noticed a peculiar shaped stone on the ground, picked it up and at the same moment saw a squirrel running by. without second thought i threw the rock at the squirrel and amazingly it hit it! i went down to the dead squirrel and asked a friend who has hunted before what to do. he handed me a scalpel and told me where to make the cut... i cut open the squirrel and a it looked like a sausage inside. i took the hide and the sausage home with me and was really proud of first squirrel hide! i think we had some kind of celebration for this great event. afterwards we went bowhunting with the same friend who taught me the skinning...

okay it was probably Dusty Springfield's "Son of a Preacher Man" which cypress hill sampled but i immediately thought about the bong song...
a day in tha LiFE
woke up, drank my chlorella and ate my müsli. cycled down to the weapons factory in vihmane weather and arrived typically 25 minutes late from work. i cut up some seal skins and glued them on to handles and then finished some triggers. exceptionally no one was drinking Laua Viin today. talked about Tour d'ÖÖ with a colleague, which i missed. i also noticed it's hard to meditate in a ashtray-biowaste-glassfiberdust smelling dark and musty and dirty spot.
after work i went to Mahedik for a veggie soup and a beer and a buckwheat-mushroom-sundried tomato-plate and read Baudelaire and leered at some estonian twins who we're doing their homework. somehow made me think i próbably dont have any real gallis potential... i tried writing something but couldnt come up with anything worthwhile, just some ordinary babbling
and now im in the new art museum browsing the interwebs and listening to live piano playing
there isnt really anyhthing happening here... but i dont really mind
