muistakaa ruokarukous

remember to say grace, remember to meditate, remember to thank god and all of creation, especially before a meal!

today's breakfast:
bowl of: 1 banana, 1 apple, handful of black currants

smoothie: 1 banana, 1/4 avocado, 2 ts of maca powder, 1,5 tbsp of SUN WARRIOR sprouted brown rice protein powder, 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs and 1,5dl water
