wild vegan pesto

around half a litre of loose wild veggies (i used mostly nettle, and dandelions and some clovers)

2 tbs peanuts

half a desilitre of cashew nuts

3 tbs of oil

salt

pepper

little pieces of onion

(you could probably add garlic,basil,cheese,sundried tomato,avocado,tofu etc)

cook the greens for a couple of minutes, put everything in a blender and blend till its done...

(i cant make exact recipes, if you dont know how to cook... do something about it)

im eating it NOW with some organic whole grain spaghetti & fried eggplant
